Down Low Car Club is based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Kimethy Ulibarri of Albuquerque is our President.
We are a non-gang car club that is family oriented. We have members of all races and are friends who enjoy the art of
Lowriding. Look for us at shows because we are coming up and aim to be know and represent properly.
